• Sent out compensation to participants

• Finished wireframes

• Finished User Testing Brief

• Crazy 8 brainstorm activity

• “How might we” activity

• Empathy maps and journey maps

Successes:

• Swag bags sent out

• Moving on to brainstorming and designing

Fails:

• Compensation was swag bags instead of gift cards

Difficulties:

• Reaching out to ReOps RedHat team to help us find user test participants

Goals of Next Week:

• Get wireframe feedback

• Low fidelity prototype

• Finalize user test participants
