Sruthi is a Human Factors Engineering and Computer Science Double Major. With a focus on software development and design thinking, Sruthi has applied her technical problem-solving skills through internship experience as a thought leadership writer and a software engineer. Her excitement for creating innovative technology has led her to pursue a career as a Software Engineer at ServiceNow.

Delaney is a senior majoring in Engineering Psychology. She is fascinated by human behavior and is particularly interested in attention and knowledge acquisition. Delaney enjoys UX research, market research, and design. She has had internship experiences in market research, marketing, and digital health, and has also been a research assistant for the Emotion, Brain, and Behavior Lab at Tufts.

​Alan is a senior double majoring in Human Factors Engineering and Computer Science. Although his interests lie more in the field of software, he loves how human factors knowledge can be used to improve the day-to-day workflow of software developers, as well as the experiences of their clients; that's the reason he chose to join this team! He has internship experience as a software engineer and will be working at AWS after graduation.

Gio is a senior double majoring in Human Factors Engineering and Computer Science. Gio is intrigued by the applications of human factors engineering in a world dominated by technology and automation. His interests lie in design and prototyping. He has internship experience working with Figma prototypes, wireframes, and design systems. He is currently seeking opportunities in UX and product design. 

Marianne is a senior majoring in Human Factors Engineering and minoring in Engineering Education. Her interests lie in the intersections of human factors knowledge and education, and how human factors can be used to improve educational experiences overall. After graduation, she will be working as a Product Manager at American Express.
