Accomplished:

• Finished interviews/research phase

• User personas

• Empathy maps

Successes:

• Gained additional insight with interview

• Gained some clarity with project scope after meeting with sponsors

• Received some Red Hat background research that will help us come up with recommendations for the design phase

Fails:

• Did not receive monetary compensation budget for our interviews already conducted

• Were not able to interview many Red Hat customers

Difficulties:

• Getting more interview participants that met our screening criteria

• Developing a narrative between user personas based on our interviews

Goals of Next Week (after spring break):

• Send out compensation

• Finalalize customer journey maps, empathy maps, and user personas

• Get started consolidating research to provide recommendations

• Focus on how to improve ROSA documentation

• Brainstorm solutions to improve ROSA + general documentation
