Accomplished:

• Conducted 3 interviews with 3 different types of users

• Improved interview script

• Improved survey

• Created empathy maps of the interviewees

• Created templates for personas

Successes:

• Got a lot of useful insight from the interviews

• Empathy maps summarized interviews in a concise way

• Got more responses to our survey

Fails:

• Had to make some changes to our survey after it was shared

Difficulties:

• Finding optimal interview candidates

• Posing interview questions in a clear way

Goals of Next Week:

• Continue interviewing

• Develop user personas and empathy maps
