Accomplished:

• Edited interview script and survey after receiving feedback + finalized

• Began distributing survey

• Read through user forums

• Went through the Red Hat research materials they sent and completed analysis

• Looked at Red Hat’s presence on StackOverflow, Reddit, Twitter

Successes:

• Finished interview script

• Got a few survey responses

• Transferred survey on to Qualtrics

• Met with sponsor to review survey

Fails:

• Did not succeed with getting our survey posted on Red Hat social media

• Interviews will not be completed by the time our research deliverable is due

Difficulties:

• Certain survey questions were difficult to format or phrase

• Reducing the length of the survey

• Waiting for feedback on survey

Goals of Next Week:

• Identify interview candidates from survey results

• Schedule (and conduct) interviews
