Accomplished:

• Kickoff meeting with sponsor to learn more about the project

• Presented preliminary project scope during class

• Assigned project roles for everyone

• Sent followup to sponsors

• Scheduled weekly recurring meetings

Successes:

• Held initial meeting with sponsors

• Learned more about the project scope and goals

• Sponsors answered our questions regarding the project

• Team introductions + project introductions

Fails:

• Were not able to meet with sponsor before class this Tuesday, thus our presentation left out some key details about the scope/goals of our project

Difficulties:

• Scheduling initial kickoff meeting with our sponsors due to some members being out sick

Goals of Next Week:

• Begin research on users, RedHat products, and RedHat competitors

• Read through existing research given to us by sponsors

• Reach out to sponsor to get list of contacts to conduct interviews
